We want you to have a great experience with Powerstroke! Please observe these policies which you agree to upon doing business with us.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Master card, debit cards, cash, and Personal Checks.

SHIPPING: Time sensitive or special orders may incur a Shipping Cost. Out of area shipping will incur a $20 Shipping and Handling Fee.

SPECIAL ORDERS: 100% Down Payment required on all Special Order Parts. 50% Down on all work orders with estimates of $1000.00 or more.

WARRANTIES: All manufacturers and vendors warranties are applied as dictated by the manufacturer or vendor. When allowed, Powerstroke Performance will handle warranty actions. When the manufacturer or vendor handles warranties, Powerstroke Performance will assist in coordinating the repair or replacement of the defective item. Powerstroke Performance does NOT directly warranty any motorcycle part, accessory or product sold. Powerstroke Performance accepts NO responsibility for manufacturer defects or deficiencies. Powerstroke Performance will not warranty any parts supplied by the customer or in any way guarantee their fit or performance.

10 Day limit on returns. Must have Sales Receipt and Original Packaging for return. Warranty returns must include all original hardware, instructions, and packaging. NO Returns on Electrical parts. Opened skin packed items are NOT Returnable unless defective.

Customer error returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee + transportation cost. Test fitting or mounting a product constitutes Use and is NOT RETURNABLE unless defective. If a product is defective, Powerstroke Performance will order a Replacement Part.
